On Saturday 25th July, Crossmolina Show takes place in beautiful Mayo and is the perfect family day out.

Based in North Mayo, Crossmolina sits in the shadows of Nephin and on the shores of Lough Conn.

Back and better than ever the members of the show committee have worked tirelessly to develop and expand its fun filled programme which is held in the middle of Crossmolina town, beside the GAA field.

With free parking and free childrens entertainment the day has a jam-packed programme and prides itself on offering something of interest for young and old.

Our show is more than just an exhibition of live-stock, farm produce, trade stands and horse jumping - it is a family orientated day which aims to show a slice of country life from pedigree animals to homebaking and everything in between.

Highlights

Our show is a fantastic family day out with live entertainment for kids and adults. We have a huge list of competitions and displays including horses, ponies, cattle, sheep, goats, poultry, domestic arts, horticulture, dogs and many more. We have added some new classes CFT7 Wildlife Support- Best Built Bird Box and K14 Needle Felting along with two new classes in our cattle section C001 Best Bucket Fed Calf and C002 Best Fancy Dress bucket fed calf.

We have some fantastic free children's entertainment lined up for the day along with a new sensory pod area and live music and dancing throughout the day.

As with tradition we will also have our bonny baby, most appropriately dressed lady and gentleman, glamorous granny competitions and so much more! We will have the fantastic jiving competition, Tug of War, World Champions Moffatt School of Irish dancers and local musicians to round out the lively day.
